Currently caregivers with PAS (Personal Assistance Services), HHA (Home Health Aide), PCA (Personal Care Aide), CNA (Certified Nurse Aide), LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), and RN (Registered Nurse) certifications can join the Grove Health network.
We work with home care agencies (both Medicaid and private pay), assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, and hospital systems. Based on your preferences and availability, Grace will match you to opportunities in the care settings you want to work in.
No, you can keep your current job and join the Grove Health network. Grace, your AI career coach, will help you apply to additional employers as long as it fits with your existing schedule.
After you get hired, Grace (your AI career coach) will work with the employer to get you assigned to a case. Your profile will also remain active in the Grove Health network so we can help you find additional opportunities with other employers that fit your schedule.
Grove Health verifies your onboarding documents and creates a single Onboarding Passport for you. When you get matched to a job with an employer, Grace (your personal AI career coach) will send your Onboarding Passport directly to the employer. No more uploading the same onboarding documents over and over again. Grace even reminds you when documents are expiring and helps you get them renewed!
